아직 더위가 가시지 않은 것 같은데 벌써 추석 연휴가 시작됐습니다.
Although the lingering heat has not gone away yet
but it looks like the Chuseok holiday has started
다들 여름휴가는 다녀오셨나요?
Did everyone go for summer vacation?
저는 일본에서 일정 마치고 잠시 쉬었다 왔는데요..
I rested awhile in Japan after l finished my event there..
열심히 일하고 휴식시간을 갖는 것도 굉장히 중요한 것 같아요^^
I think having a break after working hard is very important^^
올 여름은 유난히 무더웠잖아요... 그래서 더 많은 분들이 힘들어하신 것 같은데
This summer was unusually hot... so I think it was more uncomfortable for many people
휴가 못 다녀오신 분들은 이번 연휴 때 맛있는 음식도 드시고
To those who can't go on vacation, do eat more delicious food this holiday
조금은 여유로운 시간 보내시면서 재충전 하시는 시간이 되었으면 좋겠고,
Hopefully you can take sometime to relax and replenish with some enjoyment,

The primary reason for Chuseok in South Korea is to honour ancestors
and deceased relatives, but the holiday also serves the purpose of keeping the family
together in a time when work and other obligations may separate people.
Traditionally, Chuseok also allowed South Koreans to celebrate the Autumn harvest
after a season of hard work. Chuseok is held on the 15th day of the 8th month on
the lunar calendar, or the fall equinox.

and history of South Korea. Because of this, many South Korean families will
honor traditions that allow them to reconnect to their family roots.
