What is Bintanghulu ?
The way you will see along the street in Beijing
It looks like the strawberry dipped in caramel
which is famous in Beijing & Shanghai tourist & shopping area.
They call it Bintanghulu^^
The caramel is already harden...it's very crunchy
when we bite into it like a candy.
Inside the fruit is soft^^
Just like, they have!^^
