I guess it's a website for Korean people can practice their English by writng

After reading this article,
I assume she ( or he ) probably wrote it around the time Park Si Hoo was filming
his debut movie " Confession of Murder " in 2011-2012.
So happy to know what his neightbor think about him!^^
